Active compensatory factors: Doh! I had this one ready to go a while back, after Metallica, and it slipped my mind. I don't know too much about MGMT - this is their only CD I own. I don't even quite know how to describe their music.

Wikipedia doesn't help as they plump for indie pop, synth pop, psychedelic pop, rock, electronic rock, as MGMT are a synthesis of all those approaches.
This is an album I bought after reading a review in Mojo Magazine and I haven't played it too many times. So, I played it three times in a row for this post and while I enjoyed it immensely I have struggled to remember the songs. Probably down to me.
Where do they all belong? A one off. The name annoys me btw. Just saying'.
