They loom large in his legend (The Album Collection playlists): Part 1; Part 2; Part 3; Part 4; Part 5; Part 6
Active compensatory factors: I love Roger Skinner. Let's just that over with, okay. He's a great NZ musician and I've been a fan since I got a single many years ago - his version of Sour Milk Sea and that did it. Not only is it a great version - but the prescience also to do a cover of a cover (by Jackie Lomax) of George Harrison's song...amazing!

Introducing...Roger Skinner is an attempt by Music World (typical crappy cover) to remold him as a country ballad singer and it's a case of hits and misses. Mainly because he covers well-trod middle ground - John Denver, Glen Campbell, Cat Stevens, Bread, Hollies - you get the idea.
Nevermind. It's Roger Skinner, so all is forgiven.
Where do they all belong? Very pleased to have this in my collection.
